The short version
Use LiftMax to train, rank up, and compete — not to harm, harass, or scam anyone. Your content is yours. We just need a license to show it in the app. Be a decent human and we will never have to talk about these terms.
By creating an account or using LiftMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use LiftMax
- Users between 13 and 17 may require parental or guardian consent depending on local law
- By using the Service, you confirm you meet these age requirements
Your account
- Each user may create only one account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately at support@getliftmax.app if you suspect unauthorized access
- You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
User content
By submitting content (profile photos, workout logs, posts, comments) to the Service, you:
- Retain full ownership of your content
- Grant LiftMax a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content solely to operate and improve the Service
- Represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content
- Post sexually explicit or obscene material of any kind
- Impersonate any person, company, athlete, or brand
- Use the Service for spam, advertising, or unsolicited commercial solicitation
- Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Post content that promotes dangerous, illegal, or harmful activities
- Upload any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities immediately
Subscriptions & payments
- LiftMax offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing policies
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period
- You may cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant platform's refund policy
- For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly through their standard support channels
Intellectual property
All design, code, logos, graphics, rank badges, and visual elements of the Service are the exclusive property of LiftMax. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
Health disclaimer
LiftMax is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical application. Content within the Service — including workout logs, calorie estimates, AI food analysis, and nutrition data — is for general informational purposes only.
This content does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition.
User-generated health content (workout advice, supplement recommendations) represents personal experience only. LiftMax does not endorse or verify such content.
Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiftMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for user-generated content or for interactions between users on the platform
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from the use of information accessed through the Service
Enforcement
Violations of these Terms may result in the following actions, at our sole discretion:

Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
